基于多元归因视角的辱虐管理动因及应对方式探讨 被引量:1

摘要 辱虐管理作为一种破坏性领导被学者们广泛关注。辱虐管理的成因研究已经较为成熟,但少有文献涉及应对策略,且现有综述性大多都是按照主管、员工、组织三个层面和多元理论这两种方式对成因进行阐述。创新性地通过四元归因的方式分析了辱虐管理的影响因素,再从主管、员工、组织三个层面有针对地提出应对辱虐管理的建议性方式。
