陕蒙煤磨煤特性评价及与典型喷吹煤的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对煤破碎过程的二元变化特征,提出以磨煤特性曲线全方位表征兖矿陕蒙基地煤的磨煤特性,全面评价低变质烟煤的制粉特征并与高变质烟煤、无烟煤等典型喷吹煤的磨煤特性并进行对比研究。研究结果表明,虽兖矿陕蒙基地煤与无烟煤的哈氏可磨性指数(HGI)均较低,但破碎过程呈现不同的特征;低变质烟煤的出粉率、细度随着磨煤时间的增加而增加,在磨煤初始阶段(50min内)主要为大颗粒煤的破碎过程,当出粉率达到90%以上时煤粉的细度才呈现快速增加的趋势;高变质烟煤的磨煤特性曲线与低变质烟煤变化趋势相似,因可磨性较好,较易达到磨细状态;无烟煤的出粉率和细度随磨煤时间变化基本上呈线性变化特征,无粒度变化突变点。 Regarding to the binary change characteristics of coal crushing process,taking the grindability characteristics curve to characterize the coal grindability of Shanmeng base coal in full-scale was proposed,the powder making characteristics of low metamorphic bituminous coal were evaluated comprehensively,and its grindability was compared with the typical injection coal such as high metamorphic bituminous coal and anthracite,the results showed that:although the HGI of both Shanmeng base coal and anthracite are low,but they perform differently in the crushing process;the powder percentage and fineness of low metamorphic bituminous increase with the grinding duration,at the primary stage of grinding(in 50 mins),it is mainly the crushing process of big particles,when the powder percentage is above 90%,the fineness of coal powder will increase dramatically;the grindability characteristic curve of high metamorphic bituminous coal has the similar trend with the low metamorphic bituminous coal,because of the better grindability,the high fineness status can be reached easily;powder percentage and fineness of anthracite will generally perform the linear variation,there is no particle size change point.
