摘要
针对智能全自动煤炭制样系统留取2份0.2mm分析用煤样的需要,设计了1种通过2组沿圆周方向交叉排列的格槽来实现二分的0.2mm圆锥二分器。建立分样锥高度与供料间隙数学模型,推导出分样锥高度与供料间隙的表达式,并限定分样锥的高度区间。在此高度区间下,分析分样锥高度呈等差数列递增时二分器二分后两份样差的变化规律,得到最优的分样锥高度值。并在此高度值下对该二分器进行精密度与偏倚试验,结果证明其二分性能完全符合国标要求,有利于提高整个制样系统的可靠性与精密度。
Aimed the needs of preservation of 2 copies of 0.2 mm analytical coal sample for the intelligent automatic sample system,0.2 mm cone riffle was designed which could realize the dichotomize by two sets of cross-aligned trough in a circumferential direction.A mathematical model of sample cone height and feed gap was established,and the expression of sample cone height and feed gap was derived,the height interval of the sample cone was also limited.In this height interval,when the height of the sample cone was increased by the equal difference series,the change regulation of difference value of two samples after the dichotomy by cone riffle was analyzed,the optimal value of the sample cone height was obtained.At this height value,the precision and bias test of the cone riffle were carried out,the results showed that the dichotomous performance of cone riffle could fully meet the national standard requirements,it was beneficial to improve the reliability and precision of the whole sample preparation system.
