Combing with the general circumstance analysis of Panshan power generation company,from aspects such as coal quality control,coal yard storage space limit,period shortage of coal source and purchasing autonomy of power coal,the power coal purchasing difficulties were analyzed,the modern coal regulation and transportation mode should be established,as well as the thermal power plant fuel management combination,therefore,the coal as received laboratory management quality could be improved,and the control target of unit price of standard coal for coal as received could be realized.
