摘要
介绍钢结构模块式厂房在蒙古国NS选煤厂中的应用,对该选煤厂的工程设计、设备选型、工程施工、调试运行等方面的工作进行回顾,简述原煤筛分破碎环节、重介质旋流器分选环节及煤泥水浓缩环节的核心设备选型,在工程施工上严格按照设计及审核的图纸进行施工、在钢结构制造工厂场地对所有模块进行预组装并加强物流运输环节的控制。调试运行结果表明,NS选煤厂运行正常且产品指标合格,可为钢结构模块式厂房在国内有条件下的选煤厂建设提供借鉴。
This paper introduced the application of steel structure modular type factory building in NS coal preparation plant in Mongolia,from aspects such as engineering design,equipment selection,engineering construction and debugging operation of this coal preparation plant,the relative work was reviewed,the core equipment selections in stages such as raw coal screening and crushing,heavy medium cyclone sorting stage and coal slime water concentration stage were introduced,at the engineering construction,the work was carried out according to the blueprint which had been designed and verified strictly,at the steel structure production factory,all the module had been pre-assembled and the control of transportation stage was enhanced.The debugging results showed that,NS coal preparation plant could be operated normally,and the production indicators could meet the requirements,under the existing conditions in China,the experience in this paper could provide the reference for coal preparation plants which might need the steel structure modular type factory building.
