摘要
根癌农杆菌介导转化法是植物基因工程的重要方法,但其转化效率受多种因子的影响,包括化学物质、物理方法、外植体遗传特性等,涉及农杆菌与植物互作的各个阶段。将这些影响因子及其功能进行简要综述,以期为优化农杆菌介导植物遗传转化流程提供帮助。
Agrobacteriumt umefaciens-mediated transformation is an important method of plant genetic engineering. Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation efficiency is affected by various factors, including chemical substances, physical methods, genetic characteristics of the explants, and so on. They involve each stage of interaction between Agrobacterium and plant cells. In this paper, these factors and their functions are summarized to help researchers optimzing the process of by Agrobacterium-mediated plant genetic transformation.
