摘要
目的探索综合绩效考核在消毒供应中心奖金二次分配中的应用。方法2017年6月宿迁市第一人民医院消毒供应中心遵循公开、公平、客观的原则制定绩效考核细则,按细则对工作人员进行绩效考核,根据绩效考核成绩对员工进行二次奖金分配,并不断对方法进行总结和完善。比较实施综合绩效考核二次奖金分配前后6个月消毒供应中心无菌物品包装错误率和发放错误率以及临床科室对消毒供应工作质量满意度。结果实施综合绩效考核二次奖金分配后,消毒供应中心工作效率和工作质量得到了提高,包装错误率(3.33%)和无菌物品发放错误率(3.00%)较实施前(6.33%,6.83%)有明显降低(均P<0.05);临床科室对消毒供应中心工作质量满意度显著提升(P<0.05)。结论按照综合绩效考核成绩进行二次奖金分配,能充分调动工作人员积极性,提高工作质量,提高临床科室的满意度。
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive performance appraisal in the secondary distribution of bonus in Disinfection Supply Center.Methods In June 2017,the Disinfection Supply Center of the First People’s Hospital of Suqian formulated performance appraisal rules in accordance with the principles of openness,fairness and objectivity.The staff members were assessed according to the rules,and the employees were allocated second bonus according to the performance appraisal results.The methods were improved constantly.The error rates of packaging and distribution in the Sterile Supply Center six months before and after the implementation of the second bonus allocation of comprehensive performance appraisal as well as the satisfaction degree of clinical departments on the quality of sterile supply work were compared.Results The work efficiency and quality of disinfection and supply center had been improved.The error rate of packaging(3.33%)and distribution of sterile articles(3.00%)after implementation were significantly lower than those before implementation(6.33%,6.83%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical departments to the work quality of disinfection and supply center was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions The second bonus distribution according to the comprehensive performance appraisal results can fully arouse the enthusiasm of staff,improve the quality of work and the satisfaction of clinical departments.
