了病膏联合红外线治疗恶性肿瘤患者疼痛疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Liaobing Ointment Combined with Infrared Ray in Treatment of Pain in Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的观察了病膏联合红外线治疗恶性肿瘤患者疼痛的疗效及对生活质量的改善情况。方法将60例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组按照“三阶梯止痛原则”给予常规西药进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予了病膏外敷联合红外线患处照射。采用数字评分量表(numerical rating scale,NRS)观察疼痛程度,采用卡氏功能状态(Karnofsky performance status,KPS)量表观察生活质量,并观察疼痛缓解率。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗3、5、7 d后NRS评分均显著减少(P<0.05), KPS评分仅观察组治疗7 d后显著增加(P<0.05);两组治疗后NRS评分与同组前一时点比较,差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05), KPS评分仅观察组治疗7 d后较治疗3、5 d差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、5、7 d后,观察组NRS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组KPS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义( P >0.05)。两组疼痛缓解率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.593,P=0.032)。结论了病膏联合红外线治疗,能够缓解恶性肿瘤患者的疼痛和改善其生活质量。

Objective To clinical effect of Liaobing Ointment combined with infrared ray in the treatment of pain and the improvement of quality of life in patients with malignant tumor. Methods A total of 60 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment according to the "three-step analgesic principle", and those in the observation group were given external application of Liaobing Ointment combined with infrared ray on the affected part in addition to the treatment in the control group. The pain degree was observed using numerical rating scale (NRS), and the quality of life was observed using Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS), and the pain remission rate was compared between the two groups. Results After 3, 5, and 7 days of treatment, both groups had a significant reduction in NRS score (P< 0.05), and the observation group had a significant increase in KPS score after 7 days of treatment (P< 0.05). Both groups had a significant change in NRS score at different time points (P<0.05), and the observation group had a significant change in KPS score from 3 and 5 days to 7 days of treatment (P<0.05). After 3, 5, and 7 days of treatment, the observation group had a significantly lower NRS score than the control group (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups (P>0.05). There was a significant difference in pain remission rate between the two groups (χ^2 = 4.593, P=0.032). Conclusion Liaobing Ointment combined with infrared ray can significantly alleviate pain and improve quality of life in patients with malignant tumor.
