Probing into Shakespeare’s Political Gardens

莎士比亚是文艺复兴时期英国文学巨匠,他的文学作品思想深邃,内涵丰富,尤其文学作品中关于园林的部分延续了当时园林写作的特色。除自然实体园林之外,他还为我们创造了政治园林。他笔下的政治园林是基于对人类原罪的认识与思考,体现在悲剧和历史剧之中,揭示了当时政治的幽微与晦暗。在莎士比亚的笔下这一切都发生在原罪的制造地“园林”之中,政治园林造就了莎士比亚剧作的瑰丽和引人入胜的魔力,让人类秉持建立和谐社会关系的人文主义政治与道德理想。

Shakespeare is one of the greatest masters of English literature during the period of Renaissance.His excellent literary works are profound in thought and rich in connotation.Especially the part about gardens in his literary works inherits the characteristics of gardening writing at that time.He constructed the political gardens besides the physical gardens.The political gardens in Shakespeare’s plays are the recognition and rethinking of the sin.In the tragedies or historical plays,the political melancholy and darkness occurring in the garden,namely the origin of sin,creates the magic and charm of Shakespeare’s drama,which results in the human’s construction of harmonious society and humanistic politics and morality.
