颅息穴静脉注射甲泼尼龙治疗突发性聋的临床效果

Clinical effect of intravenous injection of Methylprednisolone at SJ 19 acupoint in treatment of sudden deafness

目的分析颅息穴静脉注射甲泼尼龙治疗突发性聋的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月~2018年4月中山市中医院耳鼻喉科收治的80例突发性聋患者作为研究对象,以随机分组的形式将其分为对照组(经静脉注射甲泼尼龙)与治疗组(经颅息穴注射甲泼尼龙),每组各40例。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率(92.5%)高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的不良反应总发生率(7.5%)低于对照组(25.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的阈测试结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的阈测试结果低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅息穴注射甲泼尼龙治疗突发性聋具有效果确切、定位简单、操作简便、损伤小的特点,并且具有较高的安全性,尤其适用于全身激素应用禁忌的突发性聋患者,是一项值得临床推广的中医特色技术。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intravenous injection of Methylprednisolone at SJ 19 in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods Eighty patients with sudden deafness admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into control group (Methylprednisolone i.v.) and treatment group (Methylprednisolone injection via SJ 19). The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total therapeutic effectiveness rate in the treatment group was 92.5%,higher than that in the control group accounting for 75.0%,with a significant difference (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.5%,lower than that in the control group (25.0%),with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no difference in the threshold test results between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment,the threshold test result of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The injection of Methylprednisolone at SJ 19 in the treatment of sudden deafness has the characteristics of exact effect,simple positioning,simple performance and mild damage,and high safety. It is especially applied for patients with sudden deafness but contraindicated with the use of systemic hormone,and is a featured traditional Chinese medicine technique recommended in clinical practice.
