人文护理在产科护理中的应用效果

Analysis the effect of humanities nursing in obstetrics nursing

目的探讨人文护理在产科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月~2017年4月我院收治的164例待产产妇,按照随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组各82例。对照组给予常规产科护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予人文护理,比较两组的护理满意度、护理干预前后患者的抑郁、焦虑评分。结果观察组护理总满意度为97.56%,高于对照组的86.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对临产产妇采用人文护理,可提升护理质量,提高对护理工作的满意度,降低围产期焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,减轻产妇痛苦,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of humanities nursing in obstetrics nursing. Methods From August 2016 to April 2017,164 pregnant women in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,82 cases in each group. The control group was provided routine obstetric nursing,the observation group was provided humanistic nursing based on routine obstetric nursing. Total satisfaction with nursing,SDS and SAS score were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention,the total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was 97.56%,higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing intervention,the SDS and SAS score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic nursing in obstetric nursing can improve the quality of care,improve the patient satisfaction with nursing work,alleviate the suffering of the patient,is worth popularizing in clinical.
