绿猴尾部末端坏死组织的病原菌分离及治疗 被引量:1

摘要 一批绿猴,尾巴末端有萎缩、坏死现象,对病料进行真菌培养,可以看到大量菌丝和孢子。患部细菌分离,革兰染色可见阴性和阳性球菌,并分离出溶血性阳性球菌和溶血性梭菌各一种。细菌纯化培养、分离并注射小鼠后,可见小鼠头颈部以及背部被毛脱落,尾巴有红斑现象。对患病猴尾部进行高锰酸钾浸泡、清洗,涂抹碘甘油及抗真菌膏剂,同时结合对其断尾,外科缝合,发现效果较好,创面较短时间愈合,并长出新的被毛,未见有新创口出现。本试验通过对绿猴尾部坏死的原因及治疗方法的探究,初步确定病因为混合感染,发现对尾巴用高锰酸钾浸泡、清洗,涂抹外用药及断尾可以很好解决尾部坏死问题。为绿猴及其他动物有相似病症的病因探寻及治疗提供参考。
