TMCP工艺下Q550D表面凹坑形成原理及控制措施

摘要 TMCP工艺下,Q550D经过轧制及快冷后,表面暴起较厚的氧化铁皮,在矫直过程中形成压入凹坑。通过分析75%~90%氧化铁皮层的形成主要由于轧制过程温度过高,控冷过程4Fe0→a-Fe+Fe3O4,两个因素导致的。通过降低终轧温度,降低待温厚度以及降低DQ段终冷温度等措施,有效解决了钢板表面压入凹坑问题。
