高校石油化工废液处理工艺及设备设计研究

Research on Treatment Process and Equipment Design of Petrochemical Waste Liquid in Colleges and Universities

随着社会的进步,高校石油化工实验室得到飞速的发展,然而其产生的石油化工废液大多并未经过妥善处理就直接排放到周边地区,对周边环境产生了严重影响,所以对高校石油化工实验室产生的石油化工废液的处理显得非常重要,不仅能保护周边环境,而且还能提升资源的利用率。分析了废液的主要成分和废液处理方法,同时对一款能进行废液处理的设备进行了可行性探讨,最后分析了国外石油化工废液处理的发展现状。

With the developments of society,petrochemical laboratories in colleges and universities have developed rapidly.However,most of the petrochemical waste liquid produced by petrochemical laboratories have not been properly treated and discharged directly to the surrounding areas,which has had a serious impaction on the surrounding environments,therefore,the treatment of petrochemical waste liquid produced by petrochemical laboratories in colleges and universities was very important,which can not only protect the surrounding areas,but also can improve the utilization of resources.Because of the immature treatment technology of petrochemical waste liquor in colleges and universities,it was necessary to determine the composition of waste liquor and analyze the feasibility of waste liquor treatment technology,at the same time,the feasibility of a waste liquor treatment equipment was discussed.Finally,the development status of foreign petrochemical waste liquor treatment was analyzed.
