摘要
针对零件的外部形状、压紧位置和压紧方式,设计了专用的多工位数控增效专用夹具。设计的专用夹具充分利用加工中心的工作台面,以减少装夹调试、换刀、空刀行走和开关门等辅助时间,保证高效、精准、高密度地装夹零件。设计的专用夹具能够将零件加工一次装夹、多工位加工,并且一次更换刀具后连续加工一组零件,延长了创效的实际加工时间,减少了开关门次数,降低了操作者的劳动强度,大大提高了生产效率和设备利用率,从而达到了一人多机精益生产的目的。
Aimed at the exterior shape,pressing position and pressing mode of parts,a special multi-position CNC efficiency-enhancing special fixture was designed.At the same time,for clamping parts efficiently,accurately and densely,the working table of the machining center was fully utilized to reduce the auxiliary time of clamping and debugging,tool changing,empty tool walking,the door opening and closing and so on.The designed special fixture can clamp parts at one time,machine with multi-station,and continuously machine a group of parts after changing tools,which extended real machining time,reduced frequency of door opening and closing,reduced labor intensity,the fixture greatly improved production efficiency and rate of equipment utilization,so achieved the goal of lean production and one worker multiple machine.
