摘要 插座为纯尼龙注塑件,由于胶厚不均匀,厚胶区与薄胶区比值大,收缩率大,在注射成型时容易产生气泡、凹陷、接缝、组织疏松和表面流痕等诸多缺陷。为了满足使用要求,保证产品质量,提高产品合格率,在排气系统、冷却系统设计合理的情况下,从进胶方式和浇口位置等方面对模具进行了改进,从直接进胶改为潜进胶。经过多次改进,解决了产品的上述不良缺陷。改进后的注射模具,大大提高了插座的合格率。 The defects in nylon injection-mould plastic product were discussed,such as air trap,sink marks,weld lines,microstructure loosing,surface rill mark and so on when the socket was pure nylon injection-mould plastic product that causing uneven wall thickness,big specific value of thick area and thin area,and big shrinking percentage.Because of increasing demand,and in order to meet the requirements,ensure quality and improve percent of pass,on the condition of reasonable design of exhaust air system and cooling system,the incoming way and location of the gate of mould were improved,that was,turned directly inputting glue into indirectly inputting glue,through multiple improvement,the defects were solved,the injecting mould after improvement improved percent of pass of socket.
