喷油式主动再生柴油机颗粒捕集器控制装置的设计 被引量:1

摘要 文章基于Freescale 16位单片机S12XS64设计了一种柴油机颗粒捕集器(diesel particulate filter,DPF)再生过程控制装置,实现了DPF再生系统相关传感器的信号采集、执行器驱动、车载诊断系统(on-board diagnostics,OBD)和上位机软件通讯等功能。该系统设计了DPF再生控制策略,将控制装置设为断电、待机、工作、再生4种工作状态,通过测量得到的排气背压、DPF压降以及发动机转速来判断DPF主动再生时机,可以在DPF需要再生时通过控制供油泵、空气泵、火花塞和阀门等单元来实现DPF的再生过程;系统使用了多MOSFET并联来保证驱动器的可靠性,优化了系统工作电流,预防了信号干扰。该控制系统结构简单、稳定可靠,在城市公交改造项目的应用中工作稳定、操作便捷、尾气的净化处理效果显著,良好地实现了对喷油式DPF主动再生过程的控制,有很强的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。 Based on Freescale 16 MCU S12XS64, a diesel particulate filter(DPF) regeneration process control device is designed, and the signal acquisition, actuator drive, on-board diagnostics(OBD) and PC software communications and other functions related to sensor DPF regeneration system are realized. The DPF regeneration control strategy is designed in this system. Four working conditions of the controller are set, namely power failure, standby, work and regeneration. By measuring the exhaust backpressure, the DPF pressure drop and the engine speed, the timing of DPF regeneration is determined. When the DPF needs to be regenerated, regeneration is achieved by controlling the process of DPF oil pump, air pump, spark plug and valve units. The system uses multi MOSFET parallel connection to ensure the reliability of the drive, optimizes the operating current of the system and prevents the signal interference. The control system is simple, stable and reliable. In the application of city bus reconstruction project, the system has the advantages of stable operation, convenient operation and obvious purification effect of exhaust gas. The control of the active regeneration process of fuel injection type DPF is realized, and it has a strong practical value and broad application prospects.
