表面活性素对粗毛栓菌富集和吸附铬影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章为探明表面活性素促进粗毛栓菌D2富集/吸附铬的可能原因,对表面活性素浓度对粗毛栓菌D2富集/吸附铬的影响进行了研究,并分析了表面活性素与铬的配合反应、表面活性素对粗毛栓菌细胞通透性的影响。实验结果表明:当表面活性素浓度为0.20mmol/L时,粗毛栓菌D2富集/吸附Cr(Ⅲ)的量达到最大,比对照样(无表面活性素)分别增加了817.73%(富集)和152.18%(吸附);当表面活性素浓度为0.40mmol/L时,粗毛栓菌D2富集/吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的量比对照样分别增加了558.65%(富集)和222.22%(吸附)。配合实验表明,表面活性素能与铬形成溶解度较低的配合物,降低了溶液中的铬离子浓度;表面活性素能够增加粗毛栓菌细胞通透性,促进细胞对金属离子的吸收。表面活性素促进粗毛栓菌富集/吸附Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的主要原因是其能够增加细胞通透性。 In order to find the possible relationships between surfactin and promotion of chromium enrichment and adsorption by Trametes gallic D2, the effects of the surfactin concentration on the chromium enrichment and adsorption were explored. The complexation of chromium with surfactin and the influences of surfactin concentration on the cell membrane permeability were also analyzed. When the surfactin concentration was 0.20 mmol/L, the amount of Cr(Ⅲ) in Trametes gallic D2 cells reached its peak value, increasing by 817.73%(enrichment) and 152.18%(adsorption) compared with the control sample without surfactin. Under the conditions of 0.40 mmol/L surfactin, the amount of Cr(Ⅵ) in cells was the maximum, increasing by 558.65%(enrichment) and 222.22%(adsorption). Complex with low solubility was produced through complexation of Cr(Ⅲ) with surfactin and Cr(Ⅲ) concentration in solution decreased. Cell permeability increased with the increasing of surfactin concentration, thus the transport of metal ions was enhanced. The main reason of the promotion of Trametes gallic D2 enrichment/adsorption to Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) with surfactin was that it could increase cell permeability.
