摘要
产品研发过程中的新产品试制阶段从试制申请到试制完成共需经历试制BOM构建、零部件QCD方案设计、零部件试制、零部件收货、质检、出库、整车装配、整车完工入库,试制费用结算、零部件盘点等环节。整车研发试制信息管理系统设计过程是将试制业务按照结构优化的设计要求进行集中和分块,按照系统开发目标要求对功能模块进行设计,实现试制业务的信息化管理。
