摘要
本文主要介绍了一种风电叶片自动称重配重系统的总体方案设计、基本机构,包括称重仪表、称重传感器、数据采集器及该系统现场应用情况,通过现场使用该系统可方便可靠的实现叶片的自动称重和配重;且可通过上位机远程查看称重数据及配套情况和重量及力矩的数据分析图表,以便对叶片制造过程提提出干预,降低叶片的超重风险。
This paper mainly introduces a kind of wind-power blades automatic weighing of weight system overall scheme design, basic organization, including weighing instrument, weighing sensor, data collector and field application of the system. By using the system on site, the automatic weighing and weight of the blade can be easily and reliably realized. The data analysis chart of weighing data and weight and torque can be viewed remotely by the upper computer so as to provide intervention to the blade manufacturing process and reduce the risk of excessive wind blade weight.
