感知视角下旅游者对红河州工业遗产旅游满意度影响因素研究

STUDY ON THE FACTORS AFFECTING TOURISTS’ SATISFACTION WITH THE INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE TOURISM IN HONGHE AREA FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF PERCEPTION

工业遗产旅游开发离不开旅游者的感知评价,旅游者满意度的高低直接与间接的影响到重游率与旅游地口碑。以红河州为研究区,基于实地调研与发放问卷获取研究数据,运用探索性因子分析方法,筛选影响红河州工业遗产旅游者满意度感知评价因素,利用回归分析方法确定各因素对旅游者满意度的影响程度。研究结果表明:影响红河州工业遗产旅游者满意度的因素是旅游地环境、工业文化和旅游产品价格,其中,旅游地环境因素对旅游者满意度影响最大,旅游地工业文化的影响次之,旅游产品价格的影响最小。

The development of industrial heritage tourism is inseparable from the perceptual evaluation of tourists.The level of tourism satisfaction directly and indirectly affects the revisiting rate and the reputation of tourism.Taking Honghe Area as the research area,based on field research and questionnaires to obtain research data,using exploratory factor analysis method to screen the factors affecting the satisfaction perception of tourists in Honghe Area industrial heritage,and using regression analysis to determine the satisfaction of various factors on tourists.The extent of the impact.The results show that the factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists in the industrial heritage of Honghe Area are the tourism environment,industrial culture and tourism product prices.Among them,the environmental factors of tourism have the greatest impact on the satisfaction of tourists,and the influence of industrial culture of tourism is second.The impact of tourism product prices is minimal.
