摘要
公共图书馆信用服务从平等、便捷、共享、社会信用体系建设等方面,为公共图书馆提升服务效能开辟了一条行之有效的途径。近年来,"图书馆+第三方"信用服务模式以其独有优势在信息资源共享、免押金无门槛借阅等方面取得了一定成效。文章对"图书馆+第三方"信用服务模式进行研究分析,指出其优势及存在的问题,并提出改进建议,以期为公共图书馆开展信用服务提供有益参考。
The public library credit service has opened up an effective way for public libraries to improve service efficiency from aspects of equality, convenience, sharing and social credit system construction. In recent years, the "library + third party" credit service model has gotten some achievements with its unique advantages in information resource sharing, free guarantee deposit and no threshold lending. By studying and analyzing the credit service model of "library + third party", the paper points out its advantages and existing problems, and proposes the improvement suggestions, so as to provide a useful reference for public libraries to carry out credit services.
