右侧颞叶癫痫患者默认网络同质性与执行功能的关系

The correlation of default-mode network homogeneity with the cognitive function of patients with right temporal lobe epilepsy

目的:研究右侧颞叶癫痫(rTLE)患者默认网络(DMN)同质性与认知功能的关系。方法:对43例rTLE患者(研究组)和42例健康志愿者(对照组)进行静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)扫描。采用网络同质性(NH)分析方法处理数据。结果:与对照组相比,研究组右侧颞下回(ITG)和左侧颞中叶(MTG)NH值降低,而双侧楔前叶(PCu)和右侧顶下叶(IPL)NH值升高;研究组执行功能反应时间(RT)较对照组显著延长,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组差异脑区的NH值与执行功能RT、病程、发病年龄无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:rTLE执行功能异常可能与DMN同质性异常有关。

Objective: To investigate the correlation of default-mode network (DMN) homogeneity with the cognitive function of patients with right temporal lobe epilepsy (rTLE). Methods: The resting functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) scanning was performed in 43 rTLE patients (study group) and 42 healthy volunteers (control group).The network homogeneous (NH) method was used to process the data. Results: Compared with the control group,the NH value in right inferior temporal gyrus (ITG) and left middle temporal gyrus (MTG) in the study group was decreased,while the NH in the bilateral precuneus (PCu) and right inferior parietal lobe (IPL) was increased ( P <0.05).The executive reaction time (RT) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05).No obvious correlation was found between the abnormal NH value and the executive RT,course of disease and age at disease onset. Conclusion: The abnormal executive function of rTLE patients might be related to abnormal DMN homogeneity.
