饮食干预对内镜黏膜下剥离术并发症发生率的影响

Effect of dietary intervention on the complications of endoscopic submucosal exfoliation

目的:探讨实施授权教育的饮食干预对内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年5月在广西医科大学附属民族医院消化内科接受ESD的术后患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规饮食护理,观察组运用授权教育实施饮食干预,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组腹痛发生率(10%)明显低于对照组(30%),观察组饮食依从性高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:饮食干预能指导患者正确合理饮食,改变患者不良饮食习惯,授权教育方式能提高其依从性,减少饮食不当造成术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of dietary intervention with authorized education on the incidence of complications of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). Methods: From May 2017 to May 2018,80 patients underwent ESD in our hospital were selected,and randomized to receive either authorized education combined with conventional diet nursing care (observation group, n =40) or conventional diet nursing care only (control group, n =40). Results: The incidence of abdominal pain in the observation group (10%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (30%),and the patients’ dietary compliance was better than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Dietary intervention could guide the patients to have reasonable diet and correct unhealthy eating habits,and authorized education could improve their compliance and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications caused by improper diet.
