摘要
提出一种基于博弈论思想的机电产品模块化设计重用的多目标决策方法。将机电产品各模块变量分类、重新组合转化为各设计需求,构建了模块化设计重用策略空间的基本方法。建立了考虑设计变量和模块对设计需求重要性的博弈方收益函数。在此基础上,分别建立了合作博弈、非合作博弈和混合博弈的模块化设计重用决策数学模型,给出了统一的目标函数和求解方法。以小型健身器材的模块化设计重用作为例子,验证了所建立方法的可行性和有效性。
Based on game theory a multi-objective decision method for modular design reuse of electromechanical products was proposed.The modular variables of electromechanical products were classified and recombined into design requirements.A basic method of modular design reuse strategy space was built.A benefit function for game player considering the importance of design variables and modules was established.On this basis,the mathematical model of modular design reuse decision were established for a cooperative game,a non-cooperative game and a mixed game,and a unified objective function and solution method were given out.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through a modular design reuse of a small fitness equipment.
