超导纳米线单光子探测系统数字化监控平台研究

摘要 超导纳米线单光子探测是新型光电探测技术,因具有高探测效率、低时间抖动、低暗计数等优良特性被广泛应用到量子信息技术等领域。系统包括电子学模块、制冷模块、探测器和真空模块。通过搭建硬件集成系统和使用软件开发技术,研发出基于传输/网际协议和RS-232串口协议通信的数字化监控平台。该平台能有效提升探测系统的可操作性,有效提高测量实验的工作效率,推进单光子探测技术产业化进程的发展和相关领域的应用。平台能实时采集与分析探测系统中的温度、真空度等参数,同时包括对系统安保监控信息呈动态展示,并自动控制系统从液氦温区到室温(4~300K)的升降温过程。 Superconducting Nanowire Single Photon Detector (SNSPD) is a novel photon detection technology.Due to the excellent performance such as high detection efficiency,low timing jitter and low dark count rates,it has been widely used in quantum information processing,etc.The SNSPD system usually includes electronics module,refrigeration module,detector and vacuum module.The paper presents the development of automatic control platform based on Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) and RS-232 serial protocol communication by building an integrated hardware system and by using Software development technology. Implementation of an automated control platform can effectively improve the operability of SNSPD systems and the working efficiency of measurement experiments.Meanwhile,it can promote the industrialization process and application of the technology of single photon detection as well.The platform can collect and analyze system parameters such as temperature and the pressure of the system in real time.All the key paramters are displayed dynamically in the main interface block diagram.With this platform,the system can be safely switched on and off automatically and the temperature can be tuned between 4 K and 300 K.
