In the knowledge explosion era,learning has become a norm at anytime and anywhere.Smart teaching is alearning form in such an environment.It pays more attention to the integration and innovation of learning resources.It also takes learners as the center while they are strongly supported by big data and technology,truly making future-orientation as its foundation.However,popularization of smart teaching in junior high school in Qiannan prefecture is still very low.The application of suitable smart teaching and scientific technological methods can effectively improve the learner′s English standard.
