数字经济背景下中国制造业集群质量升级的路径选择

The Route Choice of Quality Upgrading of China’s Manufacturing Cluster under the Background of Digital Economy

在当今中国经济转型和改革攻坚的关键时期,作为一种新业态,数字经济以"互联网+"为主要特征,以大数据、云计算等新一代信息技术的应用为核心,现已成为了中国传统产业转型升级的新动能。制造业集群作为数字经济与传统产业融合的主战场,更应该通过数字经济实现创新驱动,以实现中国制造业集群的高质量发展。然而,在实现创新驱动中国制造业集群质量升级的过程中,会受政府科技创新体制、企业的自主创新能力以及生产性服务的发展不完备等多种因素的影响,为此,需要政府深化科技体制改革、集群内企业转变发展方式以及大力发展生产性服务业,以期实现中国制造业集群的高质量发展。

In the critical period of China′s economic transformation and reform,as a new format,the digital economy takes the "Internet +" as the main feature.With the application of the new generation of information technology,such as big data and cloud computing,it has become a new kinetic energy for the transformation and upgrading of China′s traditional industries.As the main battlefield of integration of digital economy and traditional industry,manufacturing cluster should be driven by innovation through digital economy to achieve high-quality development of manufacturing cluster in China.However,in the process of upgrading the quality of manufacturing clusters driven by innovation,it will be affected by many factors,such as the government′s scientific and technological innovation system,the independent innovation ability of enterprises and the incomplete development of productive services.Therefore,it is necessary for the government to deepen the reform of scientific and technological system,change the development mode of enterprises in clusters and vigorously develop productive services in order to realize high-quality development of manufacturing clustersin China.
