摘要
对燃油式风道加热装置及其在超临界直流锅炉中的应用效果进行了探讨。对于直吹式制粉系统锅炉,在冷态启动点火的初期,利用燃油式风道加热装置加热,较传统的蒸汽暖风器风道加热装置,热一次风温度提升至磨煤机启动允许值的时间缩短近一半以上,能及早投入磨煤机运行,提高炉膛温度,进而减少耗油量,节能效果明显。
This paper discussed the oil-fired air duct heating device and its application effect in supercritical once-through boiler. For direct-blown pulverizing system boilers, compared with the traditional steam heater air duct heating device, the time of raising the temperature of hot primary air to the allowable value of coal mill start-up is shortened by more than half by using oilfired air duct heating device to heat in the initial stage of cold start-up ignition, which can be put into operation of coal mill as early as possible, increase furnace temperature, thereby reducing oil consumption and achieving obvious energy saving effect.
