新疆生产建设兵团第六师用水效率现状及对策分析

Current Situation and Countermeasure Analysis of Water Use Efficiency of the Sixth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

在对新疆生产建设兵团第六师2010年-2015年用水情况调查的基础上,分析了新疆生产建设兵团第六师的用水现状以及用水效率的变化情况。结果表明,新疆生产建设兵团第六师近年来用水结构变化不大,用水效率有一定的提高,但总体上用水效率还比较低,与国内先进地区相比差距较大。根据新疆生产建设兵团第六师的实际用水情况,提出了加速国民经济向节水型方向转变;优化水资源配置,加强用水管理;促进节水、防污、治污等一系列措施。

Based on the investigation of water use in the Sixth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2010 to 2015, this paper analyzed the current situation of water use and the change of water use efficiency in the Sixth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The results show that the water use structure of the Sixth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has not changed much in recent years, the water use efficiency has improved to a certain extent, but the overall water use efficiency is still relatively low, and there is a big gap compared with the advanced areas in China. According to the actual water use situation of the Sixth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, a series of measures were put forward, such as speeding up the transformation of national economy to water-saving type, optimizing the allocation of water resources, strengthening water use management and promoting water-saving, pollution prevention and pollution control.
