煤矿机械设备安装故障处理分析

摘要 各类机械设备作为现代化井下生产的关键构成环节,确保其安装的快速、有效对矿井生产意义重大。以此为着手点,针对煤矿机械设备安装故障的处理开展分析。在分析煤矿机械设备特征的基础上,对煤矿机械设备安装技术要求和安装中的常见故障及处理做出探究,并以液压支架为例开展实例分析,希望能为其他矿井提供有效的参考。 As a key component of modern underground production, it is of great significance to ensure the quick and effective installation of all kinds of mechanical equipment for mine production. Taking this as a starting point, the treatment of installation failure of coal mine mechanical equipment was analyzed. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of mining mechanical equipment, this paper explored the technical requirements for the installation of mine mechanical equipment as well as the common faults and treatment in the installation, and took the hydraulic support as an example to carry out case analysis, hoping to provide effective reference for other mines.
