煤矿电气设备管理存在的问题及解决策略

结合A煤矿电气设备管理实际情况,分析了现有煤矿电气设备管理存在的问题,提出通过构建基于RCM维修管理模式的电气设备管理与维修系统来予以解决。简要探讨了系统构架及功能模块设计,并对其具体应用进行了阐述。与以往凭经验维修的方法相比,电气设备管理与维修系统可以更准确地判断维修信息和故障周期。

Combined with the actual situation of electrical equipment management in A Coal Mine, this paper analyzed the existing problems in the management of electrical equipment in the coal mine, and proposed to solve the problems by building the electrical equipment management and maintenance system based on RCM maintenance management mode. This paper briefly discussed the system architecture and functional module design and expounded its specific application. Compared with the previous experience maintenance method, the electrical equipment management and maintenance system can judge the maintenance information and fault cycle more accurately.
