摘要
功率因数是电气设备一个重要的参数,煤矿井下电气设备对无功功率及电网中的高次谐波有严格的要求。详细介绍了无功功率补偿技术,分析了常见的无功功率补偿电路拓扑结构。为满足不同场合、不同工况下的需求,详细介绍了两相交错并联PFC电路,并对PFC电路的选择及关键电力电子器件的选择进行了理论分析。
Power factor is an important parameter of electrical equipment. There are strict requirements for reactive power and higher harmonic in power grid for underground electrical equipment in coal mine. This paper introduced the reactive power compensation technology in detail and analyzed the common topology of reactive power compensation circuit. In order to meet the needs of different occasions and different working conditions, this paper introduced two-phase interleaved parallel PFC circuit in detail,and made theoretical analysis on the selection of PFC circuit and key power electronic devices.
