Design and Application of Intermediate Direction-changing Device for SSJ-1000/160 Belt Conveyor

根据同煤集团云冈矿8635工作面皮带巷的生产情况,需要改变短距离带式输送机运行角度。针对输送机中间驱动的形式,设计了SSJ-1000/160型带式输送机中间改向装置并进行了实践应用。对该装置的设计及应用进行了分析。应用表明该中间改向装置效果显著,保障了带式输送机的安全高效运行。

According to the production situation of belt roadway in 8635 working face of Yungang Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group, it is necessary to change the operation angle of short distance belt conveyor. According to the form of intermediate drive of conveyor, the intermediate direction-changing device for SSJ-1000/160 belt conveyor was designed, and the practical application of it was carried out. This paper analyzed the design and application of the device. The application shows that the effect of the intermediate direction-changing device is remarkable and the safe and efficient operation of the belt conveyor is guaranteed.
