中国男篮“双国家”队建设成效、启示及备战策略研究

Construction Effect,Inspiration and Preparation Strategy of Chinese Men's Basketball "Two Team"

以中国男篮"双国家"队为研究对象,采用文献资料法、录像观察法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等对中国男篮"双国家"队建设的背景、模式、队伍构成、建设成效等方面进行分析与研究并从中得到启示,为中国男篮的备战提供策略。研究得出:中国男篮"双国家"队建设模式是在中国男篮低潮期,世界大赛成绩不理想,中、青年队员、教练员缺乏,备战2019年世界杯和2020年奥运会的背景下提出的;"双国家"队建设模式是两套教练员团队,分别训练和比赛,目的就是发现优秀的年轻球员,选择合适的教练员为2019年世界杯和2020年奥运会做准备;"双国家"队政策的执行给更多的年轻球员提供了高水平锻炼的机会,通过集训和大赛历练发现了一批有潜质的优秀年轻球员,"双国家"队政策同时也给国内教练员提供了锻炼的舞台,积累了宝贵的执教经验,让更多的篮球后勤人员参与到国家队的服务中,为他们开阔了眼界;从"双国家"队建设的成效得到启示:无论是国家队竞技层面还是基层群众篮球或是校园篮球的发展,都需要改革和创新,中国篮球需要破与立,中国篮球的发展终究还要靠中国人自己去探索和努力;建议建立完善的运动员身体机能保障机制,建立完善的教练员培养机制,在职业联赛中培养有潜质的年轻球员,形成适合自身体系的技战术风格,树立勇于拼搏、迎难而上的"男篮精神"。

This paper is to the Chinese men's basketball team"the"dual national team as the research object,USES the literature material law,video observation method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics on the Chinese men's basketball team background,the modes of the construction of"double"team effectiveness,team composition,construction and other aspects are analyzed and the research and enlightenment,for the Chinese men's basketball team to prepare to provide strategy.It is concluded from the research that the construction mode of Chinese men's basketball"double country"team is put forward under the background of Chinese men's basketball low tide,unsatisfactory performance in the world competition,lack of medium and young players and coaches,and preparation for the 2019 World Cup and 2020 Olympic Games.The"double country"team construction model is two sets of coaches team,training and competition respectively.The purpose is to find excellent young players and select appropriate coaches to prepare for the 2019 World Cup and the 2020 Olympic Games.Policy execution of"double"team to more young players the opportunity to the high level of exercise,through training and competition experience found a group of potential good young players,"the"dual national team policy also gives domestic coaches exercise stage,accumulated valuable coaching experience,let more basketball support personnel involved in the international service,to broaden their horizons;We can learn from the achievements of the construction of"dual national teams":the development of national teams,grass-roots basketball and campus basketball needs reform and innovation.Chinese basketball needs to break and stand up.The development of Chinese basketball must ultimately be explored and worked hard by Chinese people themselves.It is suggested to establish a sound mechanism to guarantee the physical function of athletes,establish a sound training mechanism for coaches,train young players with potential in the professional league,form a technical and tactical style suitable for their own system,and establish the"men's basketball spirit"which is courageous and persistent.
