摘要
研究目的:通过观察人体运动疲劳前后尿液1H-NMR图谱的变化,探讨运动疲劳早期诊断的新方法。研究方法:选取36名体育专业大学生为实验对象,采用一次性多级递增负荷跑台运动方式建立人体运动疲劳模型。采集受试者运动前后的尿样,利用人体运动疲劳前后尿液的1H-NMR图谱检测尿液的代谢水平变化。研究结果:运动疲劳前后的尿液的1H-NMR的积分散点图中呈聚类型分布,两组间未见重叠,且运动疲劳后尿样的1H-NMR图谱峰较运动前出现了明显的变化。人体尿液的代谢组学分析可更客观地反应运动疲劳前后体内代谢的变化特征,有助于寻找运动疲劳的代谢标志物,也可作为一种简单、无创、灵敏性高的运动疲劳早期诊断新方法。
Research purposes:exploring new diagnosis ways of sports fatigue by observing the changes of the human urine 1H-NMR spectrum before and after exercise fatigue.Research methods:Select 36 professional sports college students as the subjects to setting up human movement fatigue model using disposable multistage incremental load treadmill.Applying 1H-NMR spectroscopy to detect changes in the urinary metabolite levels before and after exercise fatigue.Research result:The urine were collected before and after the exercise fatigue,and the peak of urinary 1H-NMR spectroscopy scattered points are gathered in the graph distribution,and no overlap between the two groups.The peaks of urinary 1H-NMR spectrum before and after exercise fatigue appeared significant change.Human urinary metabonomics analysis can more objectively reflect the features of metabolic changes before and after the exercise fatigue,helpful to looking for a sports fatigue metabolic markers,also can be used as a simple,noninvasive,high sensitivity,a new method of sports fatigue in early diagnosis.
