基于BEF-China平台下的人才培养探索实践——以景德镇学院生物工程专业为例

摘要 “科教融合”源于19世纪著名的德国科学家洪堡的大学理念,科研创造知识,教学传播知识,两者既相互补充又相互促进。随着我国高等教育大众化,以教师讲授为中心的传统教育模式已很难适应时代发展的步伐。大学生普遍存在着实践动手能力不足、创新能力欠缺的现象。为有效培养大学生实践创新能力,围绕“科教融合”理念,实施“准研究生”式的本科生培养模式,解决高等教育中缺乏实践训练的问题。 "Integration of research and teaching", as a university idea, was first proposed by Humboldt, a famous German scientist in the 19th century. Scientific research creates knowledge and teaching disseminates knowledge;they complement and reinforce each other. With the popularization of higher education in China, it is difficult for the traditional education mode centering around the teacher to follow the pace of the times. College students are generally in short of practical and innovative ability. In order to effectively cultivate college students' practical and innovative ability, college education should be based the concept of "integration of research and teaching" and implement the "quasi-graduate student" training mode so as to solve the problem of lack of practical training in higher education.
