摘要
在CRH5A型动车组上,底架边梁的滑槽难免因制造异常而产生缺陷,针对滑槽修复分别介绍了几种不同的修补方案。对单侧滑槽修补、整体滑槽修补、整体替换底架边梁等方案进行了详细的强度计算及对比分析。其修补过程中的结构设计、强度理论计算等均可为后续底架边梁的修复提供重要参考依据。
On the CRH5A EMU,the chutes of the underframe side beams are inevitably defective due to manufacturing anomalies. This paper introduces several different repairing schemes for chute repair. Detailed strength calculation and comparative analysis were carried out for the single-side chute repair,the overall chute repair,and the overall replacement of the underframe beam. The structural design and strength theory calculation in the repair process can provide an important reference for the subsequent repair of the side frame beam.
