摘要 为了研究Pb^2+对果蝇生育力和寿命及抗氧化能力的影响,以黑腹果蝇(drosophila melanogaster)为研究对象,考查不同浓度的Pb^2+对果蝇生存能力的影响,包括果蝇子一代到子四代(F1至F4)代生育力和寿命的变化,雌、雄果蝇数量的变化,抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化.结果表明,添加不同浓度的Pb^2+使F1至F4代雌、雄果蝇世代生育力减弱,寿命降低,果蝇体内MDA含量大量积累,SOD和CAT活性急剧降低,降低了果蝇的抗氧化能力,导致果蝇提前衰老、降低或丧失生殖能力甚至死亡,而高浓度的Pb^2+对雌、雄果蝇性别分化产生影响,分别为1.316∶1和1.165∶1,果蝇世代总量雌、雄果蝇性别比为1.115∶1. This paper was engaged in the study of Pb^2+effects on the reproduction capability and life span and antioxidant capacity influence of drosophila melanogaster.Survival experiments were conducted to examine different concentrations of Pb^2+for fruit flies.The the reproduction capability and life span of first to fourth generation(F 1 to F 4)generation,the number of female and male,the activity of antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were investigated.The results showed that adding different concentrations of Pb^2+could reduced the reproduction capability and decreased the life span of F 1 to F 4 female and male fruit flies.And the content of MDA in the fruit flies was accumulated,and the activity of SOD and CAT or the antioxidant capacity decreased rapidly.The fruit flies was senescent,reduced or lost and dead.When the high concentration of Pb^2+had effects on sex differentiation of male and female drosophila melanogaster,1.316∶1 and 1.165∶1 respectively,and the sex ratio of female and male fruit was 1.115∶1.
