摘要
大型造船门式起重机是一种设计要求很高的起重机,特以600t造船门式起重机为例,介绍了金属结构设计过程中工况的选取和载荷计算方法,并运用ANSYS软件对该起重机进行有限元分析。计算结果满足强度和刚度要求,这种仿真方法为设计校核提供指导,提高设计效率。
Large-scale shipyard gantry crane is a kind of crane with high design requirement.Taking 600 t gantry crane as an example,this paper introduces the selection of working conditions and load calculation method in the process of metal structure design.And use ANSYS software to carry on the finite element analysis to this crane.The calculation results meet the requirements of strength and stiffness.This simulation method provides guidance for design verification and improves design efficiency.
