掘进巷道带式输送机煤矸石筛选装置设计应用

Design and Application of Coal Gangue Screening Device for Belt Conveyor of Tunneling Roadway

针对霍州煤电集团霍宝干河煤矿通过技术研究对2031巷安装的带式输送机设计的一套大块煤矸石筛选装置,分析其设计原理、存在的优缺点以及应用效果。该装置在2031巷的应用实践表明:提高了掘进巷道煤矸石运输效率,减少了巷道掘进期间带式输送机故障率,保证了巷道安全快速掘进。

In view of Huobaoganhe Coal Mine of Huozhou Coal Power Group through technical research,a set of gangue screening device was designed for belt conveyor installed in roadway 2031,and its design principle,advantages and disadvantages,and application effect were analyzed.The application of this device in 2031 roadway shows that the efficiency of coal gangue transportation is improved,the failure rate of belt conveyor is reduced,and the safe and rapid tunneling is guaranteed.
