基于COSMOS的湿式永磁磁选机结构优化设计

摘要 为改变选煤厂磁选机的结构中磁盘、主轴故障等问题,对湿式磁选机磁盘、机架、传动件、给矿箱结构进行了优化,并运用COSMOS有限元对重要的构件磁盘、主轴进行了改进设计。改进优化后的湿式磁选机磁盘磁场强度得到提高、物料分布变得均匀、磁盘使用寿命得以延长,满足选煤厂的生产需求,提高了经济效益。 In order to change the structure of magnetic separator in coal preparation plant,such as disk,spindle fault and so on,this paper optimizes the structure of disk,frame,transmission and feed box of wet magnetic separator,and applies COSMOS finite element to the disk of important components.The improved design of the spindle is carried out.After the improvement,the magnetic field intensity of the wet magnetic separator is increased,the material distribution becomes uniform,the service life of the disk is prolonged,and the production demand of the coal preparation plant is satisfied,and the economic benefit is improved.
