某大尺寸玻璃切割机传输部件改进

Improvement on Transmission Parts of a Large Size Glass Cutter

摘要 根据目前市场需求,针对大尺寸TFT-LCD玻璃设计了某大尺寸玻璃切割机设备。针对设备整体特性、工作流程、机械结构方面进行了介绍,并详细分析了本次对传输部件的改进过程。改进后的大尺寸玻璃切割机传输部件,具有磁动轮传输的轻便、节省空间等特点,解决了大尺寸玻璃机适应性差、玻璃表被磨划、碎屑堆积等问题。 According to the current market demand,a large-size glass cutting machine is designed for large-size TFT-LCD glass.The whole characteristic,working flow and mechanical structure of the equipment are introduced,and the improvement process of the transmission parts is analyzed in detail.The improved large-size glass cutting machine has the characteristics of light transmission by magnetic wheel,saving space and so on.The problems such as poor adaptability of large-size glass cutting machine,grinding and scratching of glass table,accumulation of debris and so on have been solved.
