摘要
介绍了连续油管作业塔架的结构组成、工况分析及支腿受力分析,并借助有限元分析软件ANSYS计算塔架的应力和变形情况,同时设计了一种专用吊具用于塔架的整体吊装。计算结果表明该塔架设计的是安全可靠的,并在分析结果的基础上成功完成了后续产品的安装。
This paper introduces the structure composition,working condition analysis and supporting leg stress analysis of coiled tubing operation tower,and calculates the stress and deformation of the tower with the aid of finite element analysis software ANSYS.At the same time,a kind of special crane is designed for the whole hoisting of tower frame.The calculation results show that the tower is safe and reliable,and the installation of subsequent products is successfully completed on the basis of the analysis results.
