摘要
建立了采煤机传动机构的数学模型及动力学模型,利用仿真分析软件对采煤机在不同连接阻尼和连接刚度情况下驱动电机工作时的转速和输出转矩的变化情况进行了仿真分析。结果表明,传动系统的连接阻尼能够降低传动系统工作时的转矩波动,稳定电机的截割工作速度,同时在相同连接阻尼情况下通过适当降低系统的连接刚度可以有效地降低传动系统工作时电机的转速和转矩的波动情况,提高采煤机传动系统工作的平稳性和可靠性。
The mathematical model and dynamic model of shearer drive mechanism are established.The variation of rotational speed and output torque of the drive motor under different connection damping and connection stiffness is simulated and analyzed by using simulation analysis software.The results show that the connecting damping of the transmission system can reduce the torque fluctuation of the drive system and stabilize the cutting speed of the motor.At the same time,under the same connection damping condition,the motor speed and torque fluctuation can be effectively reduced by properly reducing the connection stiffness of the system,and the stability and reliability of the drive system of the shearer can be improved.
