基于ANSYS分析的带式输送机重载卸料车的优化改进

摘要 为解决目前带式输送机卸料车无法满足重载需求的问题,依据卸料车的结构对其进行一定的改进,通过ANSYS有限元方法对改进后的结构进行分析。结果显示:改进后的卸料车,可以大大地增加系统的刚性,车体的变形及应力分布均处于较低的水平,满足卸料车重载的需求。 In order to solve the problem that the discharge truck of belt conveyor can not meet the demand of heavy load at present,the structure of the truck is improved according to its structure,and the improved structure is analyzed by ANSYS finite element method.The results show that the improved unloading truck can greatly increase the rigidity of the system,and the deformation and stress distribution of the car body are at a relatively low level,which can meet the heavy load demand of the unloading truck.
