摘要
通过对现有刮板输送机系统在启动时振动、冲击现象的分析,建立了刮板输送机系统在带载情况下的数学模型,针对现有的抛物线启动特性曲线的缺点分析,提出了新的反“S”启动特性曲线,并利用仿真分析软件对新的反“S”启动特性曲线启动特性与抛物线启动特性曲线进行了仿真分析,分析结果表明:在新的启动控制特性下,刮板输送机的响应时间降低了50.47%,其输出转矩超调量降低了约4.21%。
Through the analysis of the vibration and impact phenomenon of the existing scraper conveyor system during start-up,the mathematical model of the scraper conveyor system under load is established,and the shortcomings of the existing parabola start-up characteristic curve are analyzed in view of the shortcomings of the existing parabola start-up characteristic curve.A new anti-S start characteristic curve is proposed,and the starting characteristic and parabola start characteristic curve of the new reverse S start characteristic curve are simulated and analyzed by simulation analysis software.The analysis results show that under the new start-up control characteristics,the response time of scraper conveyor is reduced by 50.47%,and the output torque overshoot is reduced by about 4.21%.
