摘要
通过理论分析和数值模拟对采煤机截割系统调高摆动的特征进行系统研究,得到了采煤机截割系统单自由度振动公式,同时,对不同工况条件下的振动响应特征进行了详细分析,得到了利于采煤机稳定工作的条件,从而为采煤机的稳定工作提供一定基础。
Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the characteristics of height adjustment and swing of shearer cutting system are systematically studied,and the single degree of freedom vibration formula of shearer cutting system is obtained.At the same time,The vibration response characteristics of the shearer under different working conditions are analyzed in detail,and the conditions conducive to the stable operation of the shearer are obtained,which provides a certain basis for the stable work of the shearer.
