摘要
轴承点腐蚀、疲劳、磨损、断裂失效等,为解决人工检测刮板输送机传动部故障难题,利用离散小波诊断刮板输送机传动部齿轮和轴承的故障。根据小波诊断的功率谱、能量谱、频率等对传动部的齿轮、轴承运行状态进行判断,不仅精准性高,时效性强,还为维修提供了便利。
Bearing point corrosion,fatigue,wear,fracture failure,etc.In order to solve the problem of manual detection of the transmission part of scraper conveyor,discrete wavelet is used to diagnose the gear and bearing faults of scraper conveyor transmission part.According to the power spectrum,energy spectrum and frequency of wavelet diagnosis,the running state of the gear and bearing in the transmission part is judged,which is not only accurate,time-effective,but also convenient for maintenance.
