Application of WPZ-45/80L Roadway Repairing Machine in Malan Mine

为了解决煤矿开采深度的增大、巷道变形修复的难题,以马兰矿18506工作面为研究对象,分析研究WPZ-45/80L型巷道修复机,以取代人工施工工艺。应用表明,该修复机适合煤矿巷道的修顶、刷帮、拉底等工作,作业范围广,能很好地和单轨吊辅助运输方式相结合,大大降低了人工劳动强度,显著提高巷道修护的作业效率,对马兰矿南五下组煤及西山地区相似条件下巷道修复工作,具有很强的借鉴意义和应用前景。

In order to solve the difficult problem of mine mining depth increasing and roadway deformation repairing,taking 18506 face of Malan mine as the research object,the WPZ-45/80L type roadway repairing machine is analyzed and studied to replace the artificial construction technology.The application shows that the machine is suitable for roof repairing,brushing,drawing and other work of coal mine roadway,has a wide range of work,can be well combined with the auxiliary transportation mode of monorail crane,and greatly reduces manual labor intensity.It can significantly improve the working efficiency of roadway repair and has a strong reference significance and application prospect for the similar conditions of coal mine and Xishan area in Malan Mine.
